We take the mission of the Church seriously and believe that healthy spiritual growth happens within healthy spiritual relationships. We encourage everyone considering Lighthouse Church Lakewood to approach this journey prayerfully, honestly, and intentionally, with hearts open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. For more than three decades of ministry, we have seen that spiritual growth accelerates when believers connect with one another beyond weekend services. Through life groups, ministry teams, discipleship gatherings, and special interest groups, people find encouragement, accountability, friendship, and opportunities to serve. As leaders emerge, we provide training and opportunities to develop their gifts and fulfill God's calling on their lives. "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17
