Lighthouse Church Lakewood provides believers in Christ with interactive fellowship, discipleship and worship opportunities primarily online. Those who connect with this ministry will find: 

Covering – Pastor Mike and his team take the mission of the church seriously. As such, we ask anyone that is considering participating with this online community to seriously consider your connection. Online ministry is a new phenomenon, born out of necessity and the limited physical contact makes this type of relationship extra challenging. However, we have committed to making a sincere effort to build a unique church environment for people who are not willing or able to walk into a physical church building. 

All we ask from those participating in this ministry is to approach the relationship prayerfully, honestly and intentionally with a heart and mind that is open to the working of God's Spirit in a fresh new way. We are also committed to these same principles with a heavy dependency on the leading of the Holy Spirit, to provide anyone that is willing to submit, a solid spiritual  covering and sincere pastoral leadership. Community – Lighthouse is an interactive hybrid community with online and in person worship and fellowship opportunities. You can be as engaged as your schedule allows. (Acts 2:46, 5:42)

Discipleship – We believe in teaching God’s people how to live victoriously for Jesus. From basic bible doctrines to spiritual disciplines training and advanced leadership preparation. 

Participants are challenged and  given the tools to live the life of an over-comer and world changer for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 

Connection – We don’t just depend on the online worship to be the main driver of life change for a believer. More than 30 years of ministry has taught us that life change happens when believers are able to connect and create healthy Christ centered community with others of like precious faith.As a result, Lighthouse ministry partners are invited to participate in life groups where they can regularly connect around specific interests, topics, or affinities. Those who are called to lead are trained and sent forth to be Kingdom builders through a variety of ministries. Opportunities to give – As believers in Christ, we are commanded to give to support the building of the Kingdom. Partners that give to support this ministry are supporting four key priorities: 

1. Expanding our media outreach by continually improving our effectiveness on social media and the internet. 

2. Connecting God’s people through preaching, discipleship, leadership and small group development

3. Community outreach - helping families in the local communities where we live, work and worship

4. Missions – we supporting the advancement of the gospel in other parts of the world.
